There are some new rules coming out designed to stop people making fake blogs. These FLOGS con unsuspecting buyers into believing the stories and testimonials are real. Up until now you could state something like ‘results are not typical, etc.’ and comply but now you need more details. Read Frank Kern’s blog for a clearer picture on how the rules may affect you.
As Frank says, if you offer value for money and keep your customers happy, you have no problem. If you do use any dirty tricks, you will need to rethink your methods. Keep it honest and you have nothing to worry about.
